I may live in London but I grew up in the north of England & so family holidays were in the Lake District and Scotland. I'll never forget how beautiful it is up there. That's Not My Agehttp://www.thatsnotmyage.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1365244084462704027.post-78267210724528684762009-12-14T16:54:30.251+00:002009-12-14T16:54:30.251+00:00You are very lucky, indeed. You are very lucky, indeed.Glimmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02085124664342701611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1365244084462704027.post-15890015297718188162009-12-14T13:20:53.023+00:002009-12-14T13:20:53.023+00:00sorry, meant to write "thumb through".sorry, meant to write "thumb through".Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14316092310251306421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1365244084462704027.post-14389582450550088732009-12-14T13:20:01.729+00:002009-12-14T13:20:01.729+00:00Tania, those photos are so beautiful. I love reading about people's concepts of 'home'. bec of my father's job, i lived all over the world- Rome was the only place i lived the longest- 6 years, so it was very difficult to leave. but still, i have this itch to keep moving, as does my husb (foreign service brat). i have to admit, though, that when i read posts like yours, it does make me wish that i also felt that way about one special place on earth. wherei could humb through my childhood books, on that one shelf. alas, my parents kept giving things away as we moved so much. welcome home, T.Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14316092310251306421noreply@blogger.com
