Sounds lovely and perfect for a weaning George.
Is the new project fiction? *hopes* :)
Anne.xStripeycathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02939664718135123631noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1365244084462704027.post-26441444219300323062012-07-25T23:20:24.986+01:002012-07-25T23:20:24.986+01:00Red is just a high maintenance girl. Tea bags for the eyes, regular massages - love it!
As much as it will cut into your work day, don't you find the regular outdoors time helpful for all the 'thinking'? Although, if I was living in your beautiful pictures I would find it very hard to settle at my desk. :)

Your blog looks lovely. And I'm so, so happy you kept the font. xEmnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1365244084462704027.post-23781988025202764262012-07-25T18:31:24.582+01:002012-07-25T18:31:24.582+01:00I like to mix potions for The Dog, who, as a Westi...I like to mix potions for The Dog, who, as a Westie is prone by his breed to occasional skin problems; he can get little patches of ezcema and dry skin in hot weather, especially on his tummy and in the pits of his legs. So I get aqueous cream BP and mix a small pea-size squeeze of hydrocortisone with a dollop of it and rub in gently. Couple of days later his skin is as clean as a whistle again.

I mentioned this to a rather narky vet I consulted once, the senior partner of the practice, and she looked at me very levelly and scowled, but said nothing. I thought, well, if you didn't charge folk £35 just for crossing the threshold of your room, we might not need to be quite so DIY and extemporise our own eczema treatments.

I think she might have charged me about £800 as well, in the ten years I've had The Dog (or he's had me - discuss...) to dispense her own unguents at god knows what the tube. So hurrah for good old used teabags and OTC solutions and kind chemists!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13702475308562601190noreply@blogger.com
